Breckenridge Dental Group is an in-network provider with Delta Dental Premier* and Guardian. As an in-network provider, we have agreed upon a set cost with these insurance companies. Being in-network does not guarantee payment from insurance. Please ask to speak with the Office Manager for more details or pre-determinations.
We will submit to all other insurance companies, but can not guarantee payment.
We reserve the right to collect to in full on the day of service and then submit to insurance for patient reimbursement.
*Delta Dental has certain levels of coverage including, but not limited to PPO, Medicare Advantage and Clear. Breckenridge Dental Group is only in network at the Premier Level.
